Title: Worship, Arts and Music Director

 Job summary

Become an extension of the anointed preaching and teaching ministry of Pastor Gregory Dickow.

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Help usher the bride of Christ into His presence at weekly worship services.
  • Use your musical and leadership talents to help prepare the hearts of people to receive the Word of God.
  • As Worship, Arts and Music Director at Life Changers International Church, you will support the life changing teaching of Pastor Gregory Dickow by developing a team of musicians, worship leaders and singers who will engage and lead the congregation in energetic praise and minister to them through power ballads.  
  • You will use your teaching gifts to develop members who are anointed to minister through the arts.
  • You will use your leadership skills to build cohesive bands to serve at worship services.

Title: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Type of position: Full time

 Job summary

The Director of Marketing will play the lead role in marketing and communications at Life Changers International Church, including building marketing and communications strategies and plans, leading and implementing marketing and communications projects, and managing the Life Changers International Church brand.  The Director of Marketing will also play an integral role in the development and maintenance of the Web site and content management.  The Director of Marketing must have the flexibility and skills to operate at a higher management level leading complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders AND at the hands-on, individual contributor level. A positive, can-do attitude is essential for this role. 

 Specific responsibilities include:
  • Web Site. Develop an RFP for the selection of a web development team and manage the development of Life Changers International Church web site.
  • Public Relations. Build a public relations function and work with external vendors to conduct all related activities, including contact with the media (print, electronic, visual); writing and issuing articles, announcements, and press releases; creating and coaching on presentations and press conferences; and maintaining relations with editors, writers, feature writers, broadcasters, etc.
  • Project Management. Interface successfully and gracefully between the various parts of the organization and the chosen marketing and communications vendors. This would include being able to write a concise, effective creative brief, collect and synthesize feedback, and manage expectations on both sides of the collaboration.
  • Infrastructure. Build the internal marketing and communications functions and design internal processes to support the goals of Life Changer International Church.  Create processes for job intake, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure that deadlines are met. Assist with creation of written and graphics tools (ex. biographies, head shots) as well as manuals for visual and written standardization.
  • Budgeting and Planning. Recommend annual plans and budgets for all marketing functions to communicate with member, regular attendees, funders, and other affiliates. Help monitor progress against objectives and budgets.
  • Results tracking: Identify tangible success measures for marketing and communications activities. Report out monthly on progress against goals.

 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar required; master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing and communications experience in progressive marketing roles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to adjust style and tone as necessary.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Experience working with global organizations and a sensitivity to cultural issues.
  • Ability to manage at a higher level yet motivation to spend significant amount of time on hands-on project implementation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office a must. Experience with graphic design and layout software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Quark and Photoshop, a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish with other language skills a plus.
  • Experience with new web site development a plus.
  • Pleasant attitude while juggling numerous projects under the pressure of frequent deadlines.
  • Ability to seek out and receive feedback and input from people with various personality types and interpersonal communication skills.
