Dear Friend…

What a joy to send you this “inaugural edition” of our ministry newsletter, The Power to Change Today! I love it that God brought us together “for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14), and that we’re on this journey side-by-side.

And this new publication offers one more way for me to give a glimpse into the astonishing work that God is doing through your love in action, your support of Gregory Dickow Ministries! Hearts are changing—lives are changing—both here and abroad.

I see it, maybe most dramatically right now, through our “Ask the Pastor” radio outreach. I’m truly amazed by what God is doing in people’s lives through this program. It’s so clear, day after day, how much people are looking for answers from the Word of God to real life problems.

And you and I have the enormous privilege of helping make that happen. Your love, expressed through your support of this ministry, brings hope and power into people’s lives!

I also thank God that He has opened doors for us not only here at home in North America but in Kenya as well. The hungry children of Kenya are on my heart day-in and day-out…

There is no describing the joy of watching a child being rescued from hunger and
hopelessness, once weak and withdrawn, now running and playing and laughing and
singing—and walking with Jesus!

Of course, what we’re doing is so much more than just feeding. Through your gifts, you are saving lives—the precious lives of children. When you give a meal, you are actually saying to that little boy or girl, “I care about you. You’re valuable to me and to God. I want you to live.”

Through this powerful, practical outreach, children are entering into the life God intended for them to have.

I can’t thank you enough. I find myself just thanking God for you. You already mean more to me than you’ll ever know…and I can hardly wait to see what God is going to do in this ministry through you—and for you through this ministry!— in the days ahead.
